COURT VISION. The junior high girls basketball team is off to a great start this season. So far they have had eight games playing teams like Linn, Axtell, and Washington. The coaches for this year's season are Mandy Meadows and Trayton Claycamp, with the season opening on Monday, November 11th.
When asked about this season, 8th grader Raegen Berger said, “I feel like it’s going good, but we’ve definitely had to face some adversity.” Reagan continued “My personal goal is to score over 100 points this season and our team goal is to make it to BVL.” 7th grader Sandra Fralin was asked about her goals for this season she said, "To win most of our games, become better as a team, and learn more. We have a good team with good players and coaches that know what they are doing.”
The team plays every Monday and Thursday until their last regular season game on January 23, 2025 at Luckey, so be sure to come out and support these Lady Mustangs.
