STUDENT COUNCILS STATEWIDE. What do football players, choir members, and golfers have in common? They all make up the Student Council that represent our student body. Student Councils (StuCo) from all around the region gathered at Beloit High School on September 25th to bounce ideas off of each other and hear a motivational speaker from Denver. “I loved hearing from the motivational speaker and her story!” says StuCo President, Skyler Saunders. Students also enjoyed refreshments and dance-off competitions.
The Valley Heights StuCo is in charge of several activities during the school year such as Homecoming week, Day of Service, Block Out Hunger, and more. They look forward to instituting more activities and service projects school-wide
