GOING FOR THE WIN.
The Jr. High basketball boys win their first game against Blue Valley on Monday. The boys have been practicing and getting better every day. Alex Nolte, head coach of the boys jr high basketball team says, “it was a great game and their press looked better than in any other game.” Everson Parker, 7th grader and basketball player, says,“It was one of the best games we've played so far. Our coaches have been doing a wonderful job at teaching us and helping us get better every game.” He then goes on to say that they felt more confident about themselves after the 2nd quarter. This was a very special moment for them since it was the first win of the season. The score came to a total of 22-15 with our boys taking the win.
