Kindergarteners had a special visit from Superintendent Melissa Kennedy! The kids enjoyed listening to The Night Before Christmas and getting to know her and what she does for our school!

KAY members helped Mrs. Claus at story hour at the library Saturday and then also stepped in to help Santa and be his elves to greet all of the community kiddos! We have some awesome students at Valley Heights giving to the community!
Christmas is just around the corner!! KAYS, Schools that Care, and FCCLA are once again putting together Christmas meal boxes for families. If you would like to donate toward the boxes, please contact Marcy or Jayne at 785-363-2508 by Thursday. Last year we were able to give 50+boxes to families and are shooting for that again this year. Thank you all that have contributed already and we wish everyone a Merry Christmas!!
