The HS cross country team competed tonight at the Twin Valley league meet at Centralia Lake. It was a great night for Kloee Martin and Hudson Nemechek. Both ran very well, Kloee finished 44th and Hudson had an amazing finish to take 2nd place, earning him all-league honors!

Reminder: Tomorrow, Thursday, October 13, Flu Shot Clinic will be at the Grade Schools. Blue Rapids Grade School 9:45am-11:00am. Waterville Grade School 1:30pm-2:30pm. Consent forms have been sent home with students and need to be returned prior to the clinic time. Please call the school with any questions.

Valley Heights hosted a college fair today with 30 colleges and military representatives to visit with. All VH juniors and seniors attended, as well as juniors and seniors from area schools. It was a great day for students to explore opportunities after high school!!

Elliott Bachura competed tonight at the Blue Valley league JH cross country meet. The meet was held at picturesque University Park near Randolph. Elliott had a great race on a hilly course, he finished in 8th place. Great job Elliott!

At this mornings CC meet in Leonardville a 3rd through 6th grade race was run. Participating was Brax Martin who finished 5th, Osric Nemecheck had a gutsy performance after taking a spill he got up and finished 4th and Sam Staples finished 2nd. Very nice job Jr. Mustangs!

The cross country team competed at the Riley County Invitational cross country meet in Leonardville this morning. It was a tough meet with a lot of schools. Kloee Martin finished 77th, Hudson Nemechek 29th and Elliott Bachura 26th. Very nice job Mustang runners!
